Dear PPPJ07 Participants,


I call your attention for the following short reminders:

* To make the process of changing between talks during PPPJ's (and
workshop's) sessions more efficient, the author who will present the
paper must send his/her talk on pdf or ppt format to the following
e-mail Paula.Mangas[+at+]fct.unl.pt . This will hopefully minimize last
minute rush and unpredicted technical problems, the "submission"
deadlines for the talks is one day before the corresponding session
(preference until 20h00). We will have some volunteers helping you to
test your material during the breaks.

* We have a very interesting program of free registration satellite
events, please do not leave the registration to the last day because
there is a limited number of places for each event (specially the
tutorials).

* We will have a Bus to provide transportation for all participants
from the Conference to the conference hotels main entrance (VIP
Zurique Hotel and VIP Inn Berna) with the following time-table:

Way: Conference -> Hotel
	-5th Sept. from the Reception ("Casa da Cerca") at 22h30
        -6th Sept. from the Banquet (Hotel in Sesimbra) at 23h
        -7th Sept. from the Closing session (FCT/UNL Campus) at 19h00

Way: Conference -> Reception
        -5th Sept. from the FCT/UNL Campus to the reception cocktail 
         at "Casa da Cerca" at 18h30

Way: Hotel (Hotel main entrance) -> Conference
       -Both 6th and 7th Sept. from the Hotel to FCT/UNL Campus at 8h00
