The I.S.T. Congress Center is situated in the Instituto Superior Técnico campus. The campus is situated in the vicinity of the towncenter. The area has a large variety of public transportation services available, such as the Lisbon subway. The campus is located within a short walking distance to two subway stations: Alameda and Saldanha.

Once you reach the Campus, you can find the Congress Center inside the Civil Engineering building, represented in this campus map with the code 2. The entrance is situated in R. Alves Redol as shown by the small arrow on the top of the map.
