from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Centro Cultural de Belém).

| Does
the conference registration fee include access to
workshops or tutorials? |
| No.
You must register seperatly for each workshop or
tutorial. The conference fee does not give access
to workshops or tutorials. |
| What
does WORKSHOP + CONFERENCE FEES mean (on the registration
site)? |

This
means that if you register for the main conference,
you can benefit from a lower workshop registration
fee (when compared to the Workshop only fee).
Example:
If you want an advance registration for the main
conference and one workshop, and you are an IEEE
member, the total fee will be:
$150.00
(Workshop)
$500.00 (Main Conference)

| How
can I get an invitation letter to help me get a
visa? |
|
Those
requiring visa letters must send an email to fmr[at]di.fct.unl.pt
or to issb[at]estig.ipbeja.pt
with a subject line “Visa letter request for UML
2004”.
Visa
letters will only be issued to:
-Speakers/Presenters
-Committee Members
-Attendees who have paid their registration fee
in full and are not from one of the countries
embargoed by the host country.
Visa
letters will state only the following facts:
-Conference title, dates and location
-That the requester has paid the required registration
fee in full
-If they are either a committee member, speaker
or presenter
